I am a pilates instructor and online fat loss coach with 5+ years of experience in helping over 80 women drop body fat and love their body.
As a qualified personal trainer, I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals for over 5 years. I have helped train a variety of people, from significant weight loss, to running marathons (and everything in between!)
Being qualified as a Personal trainer and a reformer pilates instructor, I am here to guide you through a fat loss journey that sees the importance of well-being and enjoying the process.
Having gone through my own fitness battles, wins and experiences, I know how it feels to be unhappy with your physique and general health.
After attempting multiple approaches to weight loss, looking for the best quick fix, I soon felt fed up that "nothing" was working. I decided to slow down, and shift my focus to improving my mental well-being and attitude towards food and fitness.
I soon realised this was what I was missing the whole time. Now, being more educated and qualified in this, I understand why my quick fixes weren't working.
I am now successfully helping others achieve the same results in a positive and healthy approach that perhaps you haven't quite experienced before!
